BRANDING MASCOT DESIGN BRAND STRATEGY MOON Studio 2026 UkraineMERRY BERRY CAFE approached us for a complete brand overhaul. A name change to SPECIALTY and an updated business strategy called for a full transformation of the visual identity and brand communication style. We developed a detailed moodboard that became the foundation for a new color palette, modern minimalist identity, and the brand's main character — a custom mascot. The concept is built on the contrast of black-and-white monochrome with vibrant color accents, symbolizing energy, drive, and contemporary culture. A typographic wordmark logo was created — clean, minimalist, and highly legible. The centerpiece of the identity became a mascot named SPESH — an original cosmic superhero character designed by our team. Slightly anime-inspired and kawaii in style, SPESH became the face of the new brand: charismatic, dynamic, sharp and fast as lightning, deeply rooted in modern youth culture. The mascot integrates seamlessly into the logo and brand communication materials, giving the brand a distinctive personality and character. The visual system is built on the contrast between a minimalist black-and-white base and bold color accents inspired by lemonades and bubble tea — the core products of the rebranded concept.
